Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hot Ones Original Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (+ more for topping)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Sliced green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Turn off the heat and mix in cheddar and Hot Ones Original Buffalo Hot Sauce.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni, blue cheese, and shredded chicken, stirring to combine.
  8. Reheat on low if needed to bring back up to temp.
  9. Garnish with more blue cheese and fresh green onion.
