Hot Ones is the YouTube show "with hot questions, and even hotter wings!" Since its debut in March 2015, Hot Ones has broken down the barriers of its celebrity guests by feeding them increasingly spicy chicken wings. Ten different hot sauces gradually spice things up as co-creator and host Sean Evans asks deep cut questions and braves the perils of Mt. Scoville alongside his guests. The 10-hot sauce lineup features some of Hot Ones' own hot sauces, like The Classic and Los Calientes, before culminating in the hottest hot sauce: Hot Ones The Last Dab. Produced by First We Feast, which is known for its tantalizing food content, Hot Ones has inspired millions of fans (14 million subscribers and counting) to test their spice tolerance!
Each Hot Ones season features a new lineup of hot sauces, but some constants remain. There’ll always be three of our own signature Hot Ones hot sauce flavors, from The Classic, to fan-favorite Los Calientes, and especially The Last Dab (it’s tradition around here - IYKYK). Now on its 27th season, Hot Ones releases a new season of interviews every January, May and September. Each season features the debut of a new Hot Ones hot sauce lineup. Hot Ones celebrated its 10th anniversary in March 2025 -- things are just starting to heat up!

Hot Ones hot sauce orders $65+ ship free in the contiguous US! Under $65, shippings costs a flat rate of $8.99 per order for any number of bottles.
We aim to ship orders within 48 hours and US shipments typically take 3-5 business days to arrive.
International
For international hot sauce orders, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs, tariffs, and duty fees will be included in the estimated shipping costs.

We want to make sure you get the hot sauce you're excited about! If your order was delivered by USPS, please leave your package unopened and write "return to sender" on the label. Then let our customer service team know via sauce@hotones.com. For international or orders shipped via other carriers, please reach out!

From the devious mind of famed pepper scientist Smokin' Ed Currie, The Last Dab Xperience is made with 91% Pepper X - the hottest chili in the world. Guinness World Records name Pepper X the hottest in 2023 after it tested at 2.693 million units on the Scoville scale. The Last Dab Xperience continues the legacy of our original The Last Dab, which was the first hot sauce ever made with Pepper X back in 2017. Its heat has been described as a full body experience, but real ones will dare to dab!
Hot Ones hot sauces are curated for their flavor profiles and levels of heat to make the journey up Mt. Scoville a unique roller coaster and a one of a kind experience. The hot sauces are made by small-batch hot sauce makers who craft condiments by hand. Each lineup features a range of ingredient and taste profiles, from sweet heat to more vinegar-forward sauces to garlic based ones.
They've also included a wide variety of peppers like habanero pepper, ghost pepper, Carolina Reaper, and of course, Guinness World Record’s hottest pepper on earth, Pepper X. We work with our hot sauce partners at HEATONIST to carefully craft each symphony of spice!

All Hot Ones sauces are made with natural ingredients by hand! We work with mad pepper scientists and spice lovers like Smokin' Ed Curries to create high quality hot sauces with real pepper heat.
Many of our hot sauces are also naturally vegan (aside from Original Buffalo and Nugget Honey), gluten free, dairy free, and more. Please reference the ingredients list on the product page and reach out to us with any questions!
Because our Hot Ones hot sauces are free of artificial preservatives and stabilizers, we recommend refrigerating them to preserve the flavor longer!
Well maintained hot sauces can last for months in the fridge. Not a fan of refrigerating? Hotter hot sauces or sauces with high vinegar, low fruit content can be stored in another cool dark place (they just may not last as long).
All our Hot Ones hot sauces are made with natural ingredients, including real chilis! As a result, sometimes the color and consistency can change batch to batch depending on the harvest.
Some separation is also natural! We don't use artificial emulsifiers or gums, so give the bottle a good shake before use - just like Sean and guests do before adding an extra dab to the last wing!
