Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Hot Ones Los Calientes Verde
  • ½ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Chili powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brush corn with olive oil.
  2. Grill, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
