Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1.5 cups fresh sweet corn off the cop, or 1 can corn drained
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 Tbsp Hot Ones Los Calientes Rojo

Instructions

  1. Combine black beans, corn, pico de gallo, avocado, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Add lime juice and Los Calientes Rojo.
  3. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
