Sweet, tangy and pickle-y, salmon is the perfect canvas for our Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 4, 4-6 oz salmon filets
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 Tbsp Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds and/or scallions for topping

Instructions

  1. Cut your salmon into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Whisk together all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the salmon and marinate for up to 1 hour, but ideally at least 20 minutes.
  4. Heat a large skillet with a splash of oil to medium-high and add in the salmon.
  5. Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping half way through to get a nice crisp (or until internal temperature is 145°F).
  6. Serve with your preferred sides - we like adding it on top of a rice bowl!
  7. Drizzle with more Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha to taste, top with sesame seeds, scallion and enjoy.
