Hot Ones Original Hot BBQ Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

2-3 lb. pork shoulder (pork butt)
1 bottle Hot Ones Original Hot BBQ Sauce
1/4-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (depending how tangy you like your pork)
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

Pat the pork shoulder dry.
Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder to create a rub; apply it to all surfaces of the pork.
Place the pork in the slow cooker.
Add the apple cider vinegar to the pot.
Pour 3/4 cup of the Hot Ones Original Hot BBQ Sauce over the pork, saving the remaining for serving.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours (or high for 3-5 hours) until the pork is fork-tender.
Remove the pork and shred it using two forks, discarding any large pieces of fat.
Skim any excess fat from the pot juices, then pour about 1/4 cup of the remaining liquid over the shredded pork for moisture.
Serve on a bun or on its own, with the remaining Hot Ones BBQ sauce for topping.

Hot Ones Hot Honey BBQ Smoked Wings

Ingredients

2 lb chicken wings
1 bottle Hot Ones Hot Honey BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/4 Tbsp black pepper

Instructions

Pat the wings dry.
Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for the rub, then toss the wings until fully coated.
Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
Place the wings directly on the smoker rack and smoke for 1 hour.
Remove the wings and increase the smoker temperature to 400°F (or move to a hot grill).
In a large bowl, toss the smoked wings with 6 oz (3/4 cup) of the Hot Ones Hot Honey BBQ Sauce.
Return the glazed wings to the heat until the internal temperature reaches 175°F, flipping occasionally.
Re-glaze if needed, until the sauce is thick and caramelized.
Serve immediately, with the remaining 1/4 cup of Hot Ones Hot Honey BBQ Sauce on the side for dipping.

Hot Ones Smoky Serrano BBQ Cowboy Burger

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
4 brioche or potato hamburger buns
8 slices of bacon
1 bottle Hot Ones Smoky Serrano BBQ Sauce
4 slices of cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Crispy fried onions (for topping)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Cook the bacon in a skillet or oven until crisp.
Drain and set aside.
Gently divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form patties slightly wider than your buns.
Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Grill or pan fry the patties over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, brush the patties liberally with the Hot Ones Smoky Serrano BBQ Sauce, then top each patty with a slice of cheese and cover.
While the cheese melts, lightly toast the hamburger buns.
Build the burger starting with the bottom bun, then a layer with a spoonful of the Smoky Serrano BBQ Sauce, the patty, 2 slices of crispy bacon, and a generous sprinkle of crispy fried onions.
Top with more sauce and devour!

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (4–6 oz each)
3/4 cup Hot Ones Caribbean BBQ Sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry.
Mix the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and rub the mixture onto the salmon.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon in the basket, skin-side down. Cook for 8 minutes.
Open the air fryer and generously brush the top of the salmon with 1/2 cup of the Caribbean BBQ sauce.
Return the salmon to the air fryer and cook for an additional 4–7 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flaky.
Touch up glaze with remaining Hot Ones Caribbean BBQ Sauce, then serve immediately.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground meat (beef or turkey)
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
1 (10 oz) can Rotel
2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup beef broth
1-2 tsp Hot Ones The Last Dab Thermageddon
Salt to taste
6-8 hot dogs
6-8 hot dog buns

Instructions

Brown meat in a large pot, drain, and set aside.
Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft (5-7 min).
Add garlic and saute for another 1 min.
Return meat to pot. Stir in spices and cook for 2 min.
Add tomatoes, beans, Rotel, and broth. Bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook on low for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1-2 tsp of The Last Dab and salt to taste.
Cook your hot dogs to your preference.
Toast your buns in the oven at 350* until just toasted.
Serve chilli on top of hot dogs with your toppings of choice (cheese, sour cream, cilantro, etc.).

Ingredients

1 block (16 oz) processed cheese (like Velveeta), cut into cubes
4 oz Oaxacan cheese, shredded or diced
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1/4 cup whole milk (or more, to thin)
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained)
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, undrained
1/2 cup Hot Ones Los Calientes Verde hot sauce (add more to taste)
Tortilla chips for dipping

Instructions

In a medium saucepan or a small slow cooker, combine the cubed processed cheese, shredded Oaxacan cheese, and evaporated milk.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until both the processed cheese and Oaxacan cheese are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. If using a slow cooker, this may take 10-15 minutes on the low setting.
If the dip is too thick, gradually stir in the whole milk until it reaches your desired, thinner consistency.
Stir in the Rotel, chopped green chilies, and the initial amount of Los Calientes Verde hot sauce.
Continue to stir and heat for 1-2 minutes.
Taste the dip and gradually stir in more Los Calientes Verde hot sauce until it has your preferred level of heat and flavor.
Transfer to a serving bowl or keep warm in the slow cooker. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, tough ends trimmed
1 package regular or thin cut bacon

1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush both sides of the bacon slices with Hot Ones The Classic Chili Maple hot sauce.
Take 2-3 asparagus spears and wrap them tightly with one slice of bacon, starting from the bottom and spiraling upwards.
Place the bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles on a nonstick baking sheet.

Extra Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Wing Recipe

For this hot wing recipe, Noah takes a three step approach to get his wings extra-crispy using appliances found in most home kitchens. First, Noah creates a dry-brine using just baking powder and salt, then leaves the chicken wings uncovered to dry in the fridge overnight. Next, he steams the wings for 10 minutes to remove some of their fat before oven baking at 420* for 36 minutes until the wings are sizzling and golden brown.

Extra Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Wing Recipe

Ingredients

2-3 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 bottle of Hot Ones Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

Thoroughly dry chicken wings by patting them with paper towels.
Mix 2 tsp baking powder with 2 tsp kosher salt and rub the mixture over the wings.
Cover a baking sheet in aluminum foil. Arrange wings on a wire rack over the baking sheet, leaving room so the wings do not to touch each other. Refrigerate uncovered for 8 - 24 hours.
Add a steamer insert to a large pot with just enough water to cover the bottom. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, steam the wings for 10 minutes. Then remove and pat dry with paper towel.
Set the oven to bake at 420 degrees. Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper. Arrange wings on a wire rack over the baking sheet so they don't touch.
Bake for 18 minutes, then flip and bake another 18 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
In a large bowl, toss wings with enough Hot Ones Buffalo Hot Sauce to coat and enjoy! If not using Hot Ones Buffalo Hot Sauce, pick any hot sauce of your choice and combine with an equal amount of butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
When the butter and sauce are thoroughly blended, toss with wings and stay spicy!

Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Extra hot sauce, green onion or chives, paprika or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Halve eggs, remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Pickled Garlic Sriracha, salt and pepper.
Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.

8 oz elbow macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Hot Ones Original Buffalo Hot Sauce
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (+ more for topping)
1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Sliced green onion for garnish

Instructions

Cook elbow pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat and mix in cheddar and Hot Ones Original Buffalo Hot Sauce.
Add the cooked macaroni, blue cheese, and shredded chicken, stirring to combine.

Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha Honey Salmon

Ingredients

4, 4-6 oz salmon filets
3 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons honey
3 Tbsp Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons water
Sesame seeds and/or scallions for topping

Instructions

Cut your salmon into 1 inch cubes.
Whisk together all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Add in the salmon and marinate for up to 1 hour, but ideally at least 20 minutes.
Heat a large skillet with a splash of oil to medium-high and add in the salmon.
Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping half way through to get a nice crisp (or until internal temperature is 145°F).
Serve with your preferred sides - we like adding it on top of a rice bowl!
Drizzle with more Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha to taste, top with sesame seeds, scallion and enjoy.
